The annual assessment interview can be a difficult moment for a collaborator , especially if he feels that the manager may accuse him or her of various terrible events that never really happened.
In some cases the collaborator and the manager may be using very personal aspects of your personality and consequently miss the objective of the assessment interview.
If they are not careful on this matter, they may both destroy their professional and personal relationship, which in the long run could be quite drastic for the employees and also the company.
A coach can organize with you a successful interview for the collaborator.
The purpose of preparing the interview with a coach is basically to lead the interview with assertiveness and efficiency, using techniques that will help you not being disoriented. You will also have the opportunity to use a constructive and efficient method in order to avoid a potential conflict.

The coach will help the client investigate with him the various domains where the professional relationships are potentially a source of conflicts.
Consulting a coach helps you preparing the annual assessment by exploring the main scenarios that may occur; various techniques can be implemented in order to achieve this aim. Confidentiality is a rule.
