<p><strong>Un cursus 100% opérationnel pour les médiateurs internes, animé par des médiateurs internes</strong></p>



<p>Dans le cadre de l’Académie de la médiation du travail,&nbsp; Place de la Médiation a le plaisir de vous annoncer le lancement du Certificat de compétences de Médiateur interne : une formation-action animée exclusivement par des médiateurs internes.<br>Au menu de ce cursus 100% opérationnel :&nbsp;</p>

<li>Le tout complété par une approche peer-learning pour favoriser le partage et la collaboration et un accompagnement personnalisé dans le temps…&nbsp;</li>

<p>Le format a été pensé pour coller au terrain : plusieurs journées réparties sur plusieurs mois, afin de permettre expérimentation et debriefs collectifs.&nbsp;</p>

									<h4>L’objectif de cette formation certifiante de 63 heures (9 jours) est de permettre à toute personne concernée par la sécurité et la santé au travail d’assumer la mission de conseiller en prévention des risques psychosociaux (RPS) et promoteur de la Qualité de vie et des conditions de travail (QVCT).</h4>
<p><strong>A partir de septembre 2025, ce cursus organisé en mode hybride ( présentiel/distanciel sur plusieurs semaines, sera couplé avec la <a href="https://www.pssmfrance.fr/">formation PSSM</a> (Premiers secours en santé mentale) animée par un formateur accrédité, en distanciel, qui permet de former des secouristes au repérage des troubles en santé mentale et de renforcer ses compétences relationnelles dans la gestion des situations difficiles.&nbsp; <br></strong></p>

<p>Les risques psychosociaux (stress, harcèlement, violence au travail) sont devenus un problème majeur.&nbsp; Toutes les organisations, publiques ou privées, peuvent ainsi être confrontées aux risques psychosociaux.</p>

<p>Soumis à l’obligation juridique de protéger la santé physique et mentale de leurs salariés, les employeurs doivent donc prévenir et gérer ces situations difficiles, avant qu’elles affectent la santé des personnes, dégradent l’ambiance de travail et la performance des équipes.</p>

									<p>Les conflits sont équivoques (tantôt constructifs, tantôt destructeurs), inévitables, mais pas nécessairement nuisibles. Ils sont même le signe qu’une organisation vit et évolue. Encore faut-il savoir les repérer et les gérer avant qu’ils ne dégénèrent, nuisent à la santé des individus et deviennent pathogènes pour l’organisation. La médiation apparaît alors comme un outil de « guérison », voire de « prévention », utile pour éviter les récidives. Et, au final, moins onéreux qu’un conflit lourd de conséquences (arrêts de travail, baisse de la performance, procès…).</p>								</div>

									<p>La médiation obéit à <a href="https://www.placedelamediation.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/03/Les-7-%C3%A9tapes-de-l%E2%80%99entretien-de-m%C3%A9diation.pdf">un processus rigoureux</a> et limité dans le temps qui s’articule en général autour de 4 à 6  entretiens individuels et collectifs<strong>.</strong></p><p>Après s’être assuré de l’accord des parties, le médiateur permet à chacune d’exprimer son ressenti et sa propre vision du différend. Les émotions évacuées, les personnes sont alors  à même d’explorer plus sereinement différents scénarios pour sortir du conflit.</p><p>Au terme des entretiens, le médiateur, engagé par une obligation de moyen, établit un protocole de médiation, validé par les parties.</p>								</div>
